Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, nice room and location, good quality furniture and beautiful bathroom.

I stayed at this hotel for a week while visiting the city. The rooms were spacious, with refrigerators and comfortable beds. The hot breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff on the mezzanine level was friendly and efficient. The hotel's location was convenient, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The concierge services were helpful, and I enjoyed the in-room Starbucks coffee.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at the Westin Washington, D.C. City Center, I had the pleasure of experiencing their really good service. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Alem in the breakfast room provided cheerful and efficient service, ensuring that our cups were always full with the best coffee. Their staff made our stay enjoyable.

Staying in this hotel made my trip to DC an absolute breeze. Everything I needed was right at my fingertips, from the nearby theater to the fantastic 1400 North restaurant. The location was spot-on, within walking distance to the mall, and I was able to explore so much of the city without ever having to use public transportation. Best of all, the hotel staff were helpful and always went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to metro lines and the National Mall. It was also close to restaurants and shopping. the hotel was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful and comfortable stay.

One downside was the lack of a microwave in the room, inconvenient, especially considering there was a refrigerator. Another drawback was the expensive cost of parking.

It's solid hotel with welcoming staff and free internet. My room was well-appointed and immaculate. All food at the buffet breakfast was great.

The room was veryvery comfy and tidy. I had an issue with the air conditioning, but the staff promptly fixed it. The location was perfect - close to all the sights and attractions.

It's fairly clean good central hotel with extraordinarily friendly staff and an ideal location.

Great service during breakfast! The staff, especially Abdul, were attentive and helpful. They accommodated special requests and provided extra care during the meal. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the food was delicious. the spacious and well-equipped fitness room was a plus.

The room I stayed in was dark and lacked privacy, as it faced the atrium.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I absolutely loved it! The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to many attractions such as the White House and the National Mall. It was also situated in a quieter area of the city which made it very peaceful and relaxing.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, the service, and the facilities were all outstanding.

I recently stayed at this place in the heart of a bustling area with shops and restaurants nearby. It was surprisingly quiet, and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. The staff here treated me like a member of their very own Royal Family, from the valet attendants to the housekeepers. They really cared about my reservation and insisted on speaking to the Manager to make sure I was given the best room available. The room itself had everything I needed, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I was able to sit back and relax in the sitting area while enjoying a cup of tea from the tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was beautiful and stocked with free toiletries.

I definitely recommend this hotel to all.

We loved the convenient location in downtown DC, with easy access to nearby subway stations and taxis. The Reception and Concierge Team were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to accommodate us. Their smiles made us feel truly welcome.

Our family had a wonderful stay in the heart of the city! The hotel location was perfect - close to all the DC attractions, the business district, and the Convention Center all a short walk away. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was stunning. The service we received was top-notch, especially the breakfast server Situ who was so friendly and accommodating. We loved the convenience of having a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

There was some miscommunication about the Wi-Fi, which was frustrating, but the issue was resolved quickly.

The hotel could improve on providing enough vouchers for breakfast, as some guests were surprised that their booking for four people only included two vouchers.
